Adekunle Gold Advises Men to Take Care of Themselves, Says Women Live Longer Than Men

Nigerian singer and songwriter Adekunle Almoruf Kosoko, popularly known as Adekunle Gold, has shared his opinion on why men should take their health seriously. 

The music star, who is married to fellow singer Simi, took to his X account on Tuesday, November 7, to urge men to prioritise self-care.

According to Adekunle Gold, men tend to die younger than women, and he attributed this to the lack of attention they pay to their well-being. He advised men to learn from women, who he said have more grandmothers than grandfathers in the world.

He wrote:
